Executive profile
An experienced Engineering Manager, with more than 25 years’ experience within rail, civil and highway projects plus development programmes, offering well-developed managerial and analytical capabilities coupled with a broad knowledge base and a wide range of practical skills.
Accomplished in both change control and engineering management using a proactive approach to understand, review and close out issues, we can provide specialist knowledge and experience to both the private and public sector. Working extensively within the rail environment, coupled with international and Network Rail approved CRE/CEM in both Northern and Southern routes.
Project management
We work within a team environment, with an in-depth understanding of the full lifecycle of project management. From the scheme conception, through to installation and commissioning when required, we review the quality management and systems of the project to streamline were required.
By offering both professional staff development and controlling all engineering-based issues, we can create effective project and operational plans, identifying and specifying required resources. This enables us to define and develop projects to highlight critical paths, to aid corporate decisions and to improve operational performance.
